Galvanta is a plating company with 26 years’ experience and more than 30 different elektro-galvanics processes.

Galvanta has good experience and successful partnership with EU automotive industry. We were started offer services for automotive about 11 years ago, and now it is about 25% of our volumes. We are plating some parts for Daimler, VW, Audi, BMW, Volvo etc. We not delivery directly, but our clients are subcontracting companies, which produce parts for this corporations. To satisfied high automotive industry demands we use only German technologies from such famous companies as Surtec, Atotech, Schlotter etc.

Our fully automatic lines guaranteed stable and high quality of plating, own laboratory to check and control our processes and good cooperation for double checking and control of our processes with our suppliers. The plating thickness is measure and control by the X-Ray. For our partners we can propose free NSS salt spray tests for new projects.

Galvanta have good experience in plating of volume production parts for different companies from Germany, Denmark, Sweden and of course Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
